PRODUCTION
As a small business, we pride ourselves on our quick processing and turnaround times. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be placed in the mail.
SHIPPING/DELIVERY
During the warmer months, we do our best to ship whipped tallow-based skincare items with heat-resistant packaging. However, due to high temperatures, whipped tallow creams may arrive in a slightly melted state. If so, place the jar in a cool room or refrigerate until it solidifies. Although consistency may change during transit, the quality and effectiveness of the product will remain unchanged. We are not responsible for packages left in mailboxes or porches where they may be exposed to high temperatures, and refunds will not be issued based on the consistency upon delivery. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will receive the package promptly. Please monitor the tracking information and bring your order inside when it arrives.
Once your order has been shipped, 8Twelve is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Delivery times are determined by the postal service and are out of our control. If your package has been marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend reaching out to your local postal service for further assistance. We are unable to replace or refund orders in these cases. For any shipping concerns, please contact the carrier directly.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the items for a replacement or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
We do not accept order cancellations once an order has been shipped. If you need to change your order, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address has been entered at checkout. If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately so we can attempt to update it before shipping. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to have it re-sent.
